Admission Criteria
 Opiate dependence for a minimum of one year
Must be 18 years of age or older
Possess a valid state issued photo identification
Transportation to insure regular clinic attendance
Be able to store medication safely in your home
There are no residency requirements
No waiting time - next day intakes available
 Counselors are available for prompt admission to our program. Call us Monday through Friday 5:30 AM- 11:00 AM. The admission process begins with your call and continues with an immediate appointment with the physician to begin your treatment and your road to recovery. You will begin a new life free of substance abuse.
